ADMISSION

What are the eligibility criteria for the ESA course?
Candidate should have completed or pursuing any of the graduation stream as per the following:
 
B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Sc. in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Sciences/ IT/ Instrumentation/ M.C.A or equivalent. Students who have appeared for final exams of above mentioned courses may also apply
 
What is the procedure to take admission?
The candidate has to fill the application which is on our web site to confirm your date for the entrance exam with us. Once the entrance exam is cleared, there will be a personal interview following which based on your performance you will be selected.

Is online registration sufficient?
No, online registration is an effective way of keeping your information readily available with us. It is used by us to give you any updates in future and by no means will this suffice the requirements for an admission.
 
Could you please brief me about the entrance test?
The entrance test is based on C and Digital Electronics. This is typically an objective type questions. After clearing the test, you will be requested to visit our centre at your convenient time to complete the other admission processes.

Can you give me the course breakup?
Our course is divided into theory, practical sessions and project. Typically 2hrs is dedicated for theory sessions, 2hrs for practical and during spare hrs students are requested to work on their project which goes hand in hand with the course.

Are you affiliated to any university?      
NO, we are not affiliated to any university.
             
Why don’t you have university affiliation?        
We believe that the university syllabus usually lags behind the industry requirements. Our syllabus is carefully designed by people from the industry and a syllabus this advanced takes a long time to usually get recognized by any university. Our syllabus for that matter is completely designed for and by the industry and therefore is way ahead of it’s time. Hence we chose not to get any university affiliation.
             
Do you provide any certificate at the end of the course?        
Yes, we do provide certificate at the end of the course.
             
Does this certificate have any value in the industry?              
Yes, the industry people recognize the importance of this certificate. But more than the certificate value, it is the knowledge that you gain at GEL which will take you to the next step.
